We carefully curate and prepare our gift parcels. Product descriptions, photographs and prices are provided as accurately as possible.

As our parcels are curated by hand, the exact contents, colours, brands or packaging may occasionally vary. Where necessary, we may substitute an item with another of equal or greater value and similar suitability.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

A legally binding contract is formed between us when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

If there is an obvious pricing, product or technical error, we may contact you before dispatch to correct the error or cancel the affected order and provide a refund where appropriate.

Prices are shown on our website and include applicable taxes. Any delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Delivery

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 2–3 working days.

Delivery is made using the delivery service shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
